Pricing, billing, cancellation, and refunds
Effective date: 28 March 2026
Verlox Ltd | 106 Chichester Road, Portsmouth, PO2 0AH, United Kingdom
1. Overview
Propreneur is a subscription-based SaaS platform operated by Verlox Ltd. This policy explains how subscriptions work, how we handle billing, and what happens when you cancel or request a refund.
2. Subscription Plans
Propreneur offers the following subscription tiers. Current pricing is always displayed at propreneur.co.uk/pricing:
Solo — for individual property investors managing their own portfolio
Operator — for property professionals managing deals across multiple strategies
Professional — for established investors requiring advanced features and reporting
Mentor Network — for property mentors onboarding and managing mentee cohorts
Each plan includes access to a defined set of features. Feature availability per plan is detailed on our pricing page.
3. Free Trial
Where a free trial is offered, no payment is required during the trial period. You must provide payment details to start a trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will begin automatically and your payment method will be charged.
We will send you a reminder before your trial ends.
4. Billing
4.1 Billing Cycle
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance, depending on the plan you select. The billing date is set on the date you first subscribe and repeats on the same date each month or year.
4.2 Payment Methods
We accept major credit and debit cards via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise Verlox Ltd to charge your payment method on a recurring basis for the subscription fee.
4.3 Failed Payments
If a payment fails, we will attempt to retry the charge. We will notify you by email if payment cannot be collected. After multiple failed attempts, your account may be suspended until payment is resolved.
4.4 Price Changes
We may change subscription prices from time to time. We will provide at least 30 days notice of any price increase before it affects your account. You may cancel your subscription before the new price takes effect if you do not wish to continue at the new price.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings under Billing, or by contacting us at [email protected].
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have full access to the Platform until that date. You will not be charged for the next billing period.
We do not charge cancellation fees.
6. Refund Policy
6.1 General Policy
Subscription fees are non-refundable for the current billing period once a period has commenced. This applies to both monthly and annual subscriptions.
6.2 Exceptions
We may consider refund requests in the following circumstances:
Significant platform unavailability caused by us during the billing period
Billing errors resulting in incorrect charges
Duplicate charges
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the charge to [email protected] with the subject line 'Refund Request' and details of the issue.
6.3 Annual Subscriptions
For annual subscriptions cancelled within 14 days of the initial purchase, we will provide a pro-rata refund for the unused portion of the year, minus any discount applied for annual payment. This cooling-off period does not apply to renewals.
7. Account Suspension and Termination
If your account is suspended or terminated due to a breach of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy, no refund will be issued for any remaining subscription period.
If we terminate your account for reasons other than breach — for example, if we discontinue the Platform — we will provide a pro-rata refund for any unused subscription period.
8. Data on Cancellation
Upon cancellation or termination of your subscription, your data will remain accessible for 30 days. After this period, your data may be permanently deleted. You are responsible for exporting any data you wish to retain before the end of this period.
We will provide data export functionality to allow you to download your deals, investor records, and activity history in a standard format.
9. Consumer Rights
If you are a consumer (not purchasing in the course of a business), you may have additional rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, including a 14-day cooling-off period for digital services. By commencing use of the Platform before this period expires, you acknowledge that you may lose this right. Please contact us if you have questions about your consumer rights.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email.
